Team Leader position is open now for the customer service team.You will manage the team, which is providing verbal/written customer support for cooperate clients. Your daily task is to evaluate their performance, setting up KPIs, participating in recruitment process, setting up strategy/structure, solving issues within the team or with customers.
The successful candidate has already at least 1-2 years team leader or back-up team leader experience either in call centre or administrative support environment. Due to the supported business you must speak advanced/fluent German and at least intermediate/upper-intermediate English. We prefer university or college degree.
You must have very good managerial, customer service skill.
