Marketing Communications Administrative Assistant

For our important client, an international company located in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of Marketing Communications Assistant. It is a temporary position - working contract is for 3 months with possible prolongation.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful and compliant coordination of advertising, promotion and campaign assets, will support European marketing, will prioritise, develop, review and deliver approved advertising creative and sales collateral to the region. This person will also ensure brand guidelines and liaise with internal and external creative services / companies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have Bachelor Degree in communications or marketing or equivalent education, 2+ years experience in Communications or Marketing department, preferably in B2B and in international departments as well as experience in advertising and promotion media, working with agencies and internal creative suppliers. Fluent English is a must. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, very good computer skills and have ability of being creative.
