Key Job Duties >>
- Close co-operation with clients (understanding their needs, developing long-term relationships with them), acting as an advisor to the clients
- Some active marketing and business development
- Interviewing + assessment of candidates, pre-selection of candidates (active communication with clients during recruitment process)
- Active candidate relationship development & networking
- Maintain up to date market knowledge, trends etc
Your Profile >>
- Ideally you should have a background in either or both of banking/financial services/IT-telco industries
- Previous experience in HR is an advantage
- You should be well organised
- You should be a team player
- Good English needed
- Good communication & people skills
- Client orientated
- You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn
