Responsibilities:
• Accepting and processing clients’ requests
• Inserting clients’ requests into the system
• Providing information to customers and responding to customers’ needs
• Resolving clients´ issues
• Verifying and updating database information
• Everyday communication in English and French
Requirements:
• University or secondary education
• Fluency in two languages: English and French.
• Excellent and problem solving skills
• High level of flexibility and good stress management
• Client orientation, reliability and focus on detail
• Advanced PC skills
