Main tasks of successful candidate will be to provide a service in the office area, proactively identifying needs, supporting team and taking care both clients and company employees. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, managing reception and space management.
An ideal candidate should have at least secondary education, good knowledge of MS Office and has at least two years of experience in a similar position in an international environment. We are looking for a proactive person, very well organized and flexible who is not afraid of the challenge. Fluent English and Czech is a must, because of communication with management on daily basis.
