Responsibilities:
On this position you will be responsible for the transfer of outsourced CRM solution to currently developing “in-house” system. You will coordinate its testing and development and manage data migration to the new CRM system. You will be responsible for its integration with existing systems.
You will be a first point of contact for the supplier and service provider of CRM and will support your colleagues from other department working on the system.
We require:
Ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in the IT project management, development and implementation.
• Knowledge of ICT tools used in e-commerce industry
• Fluent English
• Analytical thinking
• High flexibility, commitment and independence
• Basic knowledge of programming is advantage
