For our Client, a leading international company from pharmaceutical sector, we are currently seeking dynamic professional with hands-on experience for the position:
TESTING LEAD (REF: LIPE)
Responsibilities:
On this position you would be responsible for managing and guiding a small team of QA Specialists and you will coordinate whole testing life cycle from planning to execution. This role is involved in planning testing activities, status reporting, monitoring risks and last but not least on development and improvement test management process for assigned areas.
This role combines both technical and managerial positions and is designed to take overall responsibility for assigned activities. In addition you will coordinate of non-functional tests, and internal processes and process improvements.
You will be the first point of contact between the business and the test team and will liaise with various groups to coordinate error fixing activities.
We require:
• Experience with manual testing; automatic is an advantage
• More than 4 years experience in a test environment
• Experience with managing small teams
• Knowledge of project and testing methodology
• Independent self-starter
• Analytical thinking
• Very good communication skills
• Flexibility, commitment and independence
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of finance systems / SAP are an advantage
