For our client, strong international company with SSC in Prague- we are looking for suitable candidates for position of Customer service manager
Your responsibilities:
At this position you will be responsible for the customer facing teams and their relationship towards retailers and sales teams. You will ensure team is up to date with customer & market developments, put their role and importance into context & key success factors, you will coach and develop the team to reach excellent customer satisfaction rates with reasonable time spent. You will be responsible for ensuring customer service level and for communication is best in class at all team and the overall efficiency of the processes
Our requirements:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of Managerial customer service experience (leading at least 30 people) from an SSC!!! You should also have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP and English knowledge. We are looking for a person with proactive behaviour in order to resolve problems & queries, analytical and efficiency focus, structured approach, sense of organization & close loop follow up. You should also have proven leader & coaching experience and capabilities.
