Responsibilities:
Main goal at this position is customer satisfactions. You will be responsible for complex customer order management for Italian market. It includes working with both internal contacts and external customers, processing all orders and customer requests accurately and on time. You will follow up the order placement till its expedition, issue credit or debit notes and deal with pricing. You will have responsibility for the transportation of the goods to the final customer. Besides, you will work with customer information system and put all necessary information into the database. As a part of the small team you should also cooperate with others and provide support to other colleagues in the team.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree, at least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service, preferably in bigger international company, SAP knowledge and excellent level of Italian plus communicative knowledge of English. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with customer orientation, very good communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. Suitable candidate should be attend to detail and have the ability to meet deadlines. You should be also independent, responsible, very good in work with PC and information systems, able to solve various unexpected situation and occurred problems and able to work under pressure.
