For my client, the international financial institution, I am looking for Security Analyst
You will be responsible for day to day evaluation of the company’s security posture, security event analysis, development of security intelligence, and for recommending response to incidents such as data compromise, malware infections, policy violations and network attacks.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in a security operation deployed to detect and respond to security events in company’s internal infrastructure.
Triage security incidents, including breaches, network attacks and malware outbreaks.
Improve the security posture by own research, tool development and training.
Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Previous experience with SIEM (ArcSight), intrusion detection systems and security monitoring is advantage
Previous experience in incident response and/or security operations
Malware analysis and reverse engineering experience
Programming experience in C, Perl or Python
