For the Prague branch of an international transport group with 25 locations worldwide, we are now looking for their new Branch Manager.
If you have strong communication skills, a goal oriented attitude, with 5 years experience in international transport on a managerial level, this can be a great opportunity for you!
Your main responsibilities:
- You are fully responsible for the Prague branch operations and results
- You ensure shipments are completed successfully and profitably,
- You represent the company to new and existing customers through an effective management of the team, you ensure an effective and professional customer service
- You actively participate in and contribute to the company management activities
Your profile:
- You have 5 years experience in international transport, including at least 2 years on a managerial role.
- You are goal oriented, flexible, and solutions driven,
- You speak fluent English and Czech
- You have excellent abilities to motivate your team, communicate well with the other entities of the group, and convince clients
