Your job will be processing of orders for foreign customers (corporate side, companies, offices) by administrative checking of paperwork, order forms, creation of price quote. You will have daily communication in foreign language with both external and internal clients. You are providing administrative support for customers and other departments within the company.
The successful candidate should have advanced English level and at least intermediate knowledge of French OR German. We would prefer some previous experience in administration task, but fresh graduates are also suitable for the role. The candidate needs to have detail oriented personality, flexibility, pro-activity and excellent customer service skill.
