Job description
The Business Director is responsible for sales activities in the local market by means of managing the organization and representing it in sales transactions and support activities in order to reach the targets and objectives given by the owner.
Main tasks
- Be responsible for all assigned commercial activities in the region
- To secure new business by developing and expanding a customer base
- To secure new business opportunities by developing and evaluating information on targeted sales and creating a strategy
- To manage the sales department and signal market opportunities
- Be responsible for developing customer relationships and implementation of effective sales programmes for assigned customers
- To effectively represent the company towards customers, authorities and financial institutions, competitors and trade associations, and to promote a favourable image of the brand
- Be responsible for Profit & Loss of the subsidiary
- Be responsible for legal, accounting and regulatory issues of the subsidiary
- leading team of 12-15 Sales representatives
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in business or related field
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience within leasing industry
- Demonstrated ability, through various assignments and experience in related areas of responsibilities, gained through a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge of the local legislation
- Strong knowledge of financial leasing products & services, procedures, policies and strategy
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Leadership skills and team player
- Fluent English language, verbally and in writing
