At this position you will be responsible for conducting internal audit missions aiming at finding inadequate processes and procedures or providing recommendations for improvements in functioning of the assigned areas. You will also be expected to supervise implementation of best practises in the business and will also be asked for an advisory statement when necessary.
An ideal candidate should have University degree, at least 3 years experience within external audit focused on INSURANCE COMPANIES, or from a similar inhouse position within insurance. Detailed knowledge of the processes within insurance companies as well as a good overview of insurance products is required together with fluent English and Czech. We are looking for an extremely flexible candidate, who is willing to travel occassionally across CEE or potentionally within Europe, is analytical, assertive yet communicative and a skilled negotiator.
