RESPONSIBILITIES:
While working on this position, you will answer to customers’ requests regarding the company’s unique software system and maintain high level of customer care standard within the company. You will also make sure each issue is dealt with properly or escalated in case of necessity.
REQUIREMENTS:
An ideal candidate speaks fluent Dutch and very good English, is curious about IT and willing to learn. He or she is a communicative, friendly and customer oriented person, who is able to explain things clearly and has previous experience in customer service. Deeper knowledge or previous experience in IT is an advantage.
