Technical Leader Realization

For our client we are looking for Technical Leader Realization for working within the execution of big projects and for customers all around the world.
Technical Leader is responsible for the right technology solution to customer needs in terms of technical performance, quality, costs and times and:
- Specifies the technical solution according to customer requirements in connection with the offer
- Validates the technical choices throughout the project and compliance of the final solution
- Directly controls the technical teams consisting of Design Engineers (internal or external, in France or abroad) or through Design Leaders
- Provides the necessary reporting to the PM and / or instances of the Project

Requirements for the employee: University education (Bachelor's degree) University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills:
* good technical experience on electrical distribution min 3 years
* able to understand customer needs, manage design implementation for different segments
* technical project management in international projects with multiple technical aspects based on electrical energy distribution (LV to HV design & construction, Automation & control systems, renewable, power generation, standard power generation)
* leadership, good communication skill, team management and subcontractors management
* understanding of the project risks in a complex contractual schemes (consortium, subcontracting, 3rd party consultant) for building the best assessment & technical project organization
* Language: fluent English
* French - big advantage
* minimum education level: Electrotechnical university – Engineering degree
* minimum experience: at least 3 years in this field
* traveling: depending on the project demand
