Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and maintaining accurate information for customer orders and factory plans
- Utilizing planning tools for effective assessment and execution of Supply Chain schedules
- Participating in Supply Chain Process Development
- Reviewing Engineering Product Flow documentation and qualification instructions
- Acting as liaison for cross-functional groups focused on OTD and customer support
- Leads and coordinates all internal company processes regarding order fulfillment with raw materials, production, manufacturing, quality and shipping departments
- Primary liaison with external partners with the objective of coordination of supply chain and alignment with the goal of order fulfillment
- Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
- Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials
- Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands
- Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.

Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Finance or other relevant field of study
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following roles: Manufacturing production planner, Logistics planner
- Experience with MRP/ERP planning tools used to manage demand forecasts, production schedules, and/or raw and WIP
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing advantage
- Experience in a planning role in a “make-to-stock” manufacturing process.
- Fluent in English communication and writing
