For our client, strongly emerged as the fastest growing vendor in its market, with a single powerful mobile platform within the Telecoms industry, we are looking for a SW Developer C.
You will develop world-renowned telecoms systems and will be a member of the Engineering team, reporting to Engineering Manager. As a part of the team you will be responsible for design, development and quality assurance process delivering the company’s products for a global customer base.
The ideal candidate will be from a software development background with at least 5 years’ experience of working with messaging/telecommunication software. Knowledge of IMS/RCS paradigms a distinct advantage.
Your tasks:
Actively participate in the design of mission critical telecoms software
Develop and implement distributed messaging products in C
Write all code in an agile software environment
Implement all code to adhere strictly to defined standards
Maintain and sustain existing code base
Participate in the ongoing support of existing products
Support full launch of the product
Experience with the following tools and technologies:
BE, BSc, MSc, PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
Extensive programming in C. Knowledge of Java, Python, Perl would be an advantage
Linux OS
5+ Years professional experience
Knowledge of Telecommunications Standards (e.g. GSM, SMS, MMS, SS7, IMS, SMPP,
RCS, etc)
Excellent communication skills and professional manner
Excellent problem solving skills
A deep understanding
English is a must
