About The Role
This position plays a critical role in providing high service levels and stable IdAM environment. Responsibilities include building, installing, maintaining and support of Global Active Directories, Active Directory Federation Services, MS Forefront and the following:
Performs daily/weekly/monthly IdAM tasks
Performs all aspects of customer support and escalation by responding to support requests. This includes incident management and service requests resolution
Respond to alerts that are generated, performs corrective action as necessary
Install, configure and administer AD/ADFS/FIM including multiple server instances
Implements patches, updates and fixes on IdAM solution components
Certificate management and PKI
Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures IdAM related
Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with all Security requirements
We require:
1-3 years practical experience
Knowledge of IT services and technical experience
Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies
Ability to remotely manage infrastructure and systems
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong sense of responsibility to the customers
Professional approach to work
Deep understanding and hands on experience in at least one of following technologies, certifications would be a plus:
-Microsoft AD
-Microsoft ADFS
-Microsoft FIM
-Certificates and PKI
Experience and certifications for the following technologies would be a plus:
-Optimal Virtual Identity Server
-Entrust IdentityGuard
-Microsoft IIS 6.0/7.0
