Senior Industrial Agent

A long-established international Real Estate company is currently looking to fill the position of a Senior Industrial Agent who would join and lead their Industrial department in Prague.
As a Senior Industrial Agent you will be responsible for business development activities, leasing of industrial properties in the Czech Republic, dealing with logistics providers, wholesalers, distributors, production companies on one side and with developers and landlords on the other. You should be an equivalent partner for your clients and take care of your relationship with them.
Successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Industrial Real Estate area, great knowledge of industrial market, good relationship with industrial companies, ability of self-presentation and excellent communication skills. Fluent knowledge of English is an absolute must as your boss will be foreigner as well. Managerial experience is an advantage
