My client is a multinational company with a global, well-known brand name. Here in the Czech market they have an international IT centre providing IT services their business entities in different countries.
The company is a great firm to work for due to its international environment and possibilities for personal and professional growth. For this company we are currently looking for a range of IT specialists. Could you be the right person for the following role?
Responsibilities:
Our client has a large testing team working to support the quality of applications that support supply chain management. You would be working within a collective of international quality specialists to ensure the applications function effectively and according to quality standards.
In this job you will define and create test cases from analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications (such as reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability and portability). Expect to work with test scripts, materials and regression test packs, testing new and amended features of Oracle ebusiness and related applications. You will need to specify requirements for environment, data, resources and tools. Interpret, execute and document complex test scripts.
Record and analyse actions and results, and maintain a defect record. You will need to review test results and modify tests if necessary. Provide reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues.
Apply test concepts and principles to effectively implement and support testing solutions. Apply IT and internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure testing is delivered in a consistent, standard and repeatable methods. You will prepare and deliver status reports to team leader, senior management and other project leaders.
We require:
• University Education will be a strong advantage for this position
• Over 5 years’ progressive experience in an IT environment
• Over 3 years’ experience of testing with emphasis on problem solving skills
• Analysis, development and testing experience in the implementation and support of business
• Experience of service management
• Experience of testing tools
• Experience of Oracle Application Testing Suite an advantage for this position
• Fluent English
