You will be taking care of corporate clients as the first level of support. Other tasks will include maintenance of clients’ documentation, processing statements, communicating issues regarding internal payments, coordination of setting up new accounts and providing advisory in various fields.
Suitable candidate should have at least secondary education and relevant experience in the field of customer service in a banking institution. Very good English, proficient Czech and knowledge of MS Excel are essential for this position. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who can deal with various issues pleasantly and assertively.
