Product Specialist in Hospitality with German or French
For our client, on of the world´s fastest growing software companies, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Product Specialist in Hospitality.
On this position you will be responsible for customer support for Hospitality products, you will response to incoming call and determine the nature of the customer´s issues. You will resolve most frequently asked questions via phone and e-mail and you will maintain accurate data.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Hospitality or related field, experience in client communication is big advantage. We are seeking for a customer focused person with excellent English and French or German! Very good PC and analytical skills are also required.
