On this position you will be responsible for customer support for Hospitality products, you will response to incoming call and determine the nature of the customer´s issues. You will resolve most frequently asked questions via phone and e-mail and you will maintain accurate data.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Hospitality or related field, experience in client communication is big advantage. We are seeking for a customer focused person with excellent English and French or German! Very good PC and analytical skills are also required.
