The main tasks of a successful candidate will be to provide HR service for the Czech & Slovak sales organization. The candidate will advise line managers in matters of strategic and tactical plans to develop and maintain high standards of talent management. You will be responsible for effective design, implementation and application of HR processes across the business.
An ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes across multinational environments and has at 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within an international company. We are looking for a proactive person, very well organized and flexible who is not afraid of new challenges. Fluent English and Czech are a must, because of communication with management on daily basis.
