Customer Service Team Leader with German and English

Team Leader position is open now for the customer service team.You will manage the team, which is providing verbal/written customer support for cooperate clients. Your daily task is to evaluate their performance, setting up KPIs, participating in recruitment process, setting up strategy/structure, solving issues within the team or with customers.
The successful candidate has already at least 2-3 years team leader or back-up team leader experience either in call centre or order management environment. Due to the supported business you must speak fluent English and advanced German. We prefer university or college degree.
You must have very good managerial, customer service skill.
