Financial Analyst

Our client, a company focused on property management and investments, is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Financial Analyst.
As a successful candidate, you will be handling development of reporting tools, analyses of costs and profits, budgeting and regular reporting. Your duties will furthermore include an extensive work in MS Excel and communication with various departments such as property management and accounting.
The ideal candidate should have a university degree and a minimum of one year of experience in the area of financial controlling or analyses. Very good knowledge of MS Excel is required for this position; experience with VBA is an advantage. Moreover, at least intermediate level of English is a must as well as fluent level of Czech. We are looking for a candidate who is responsible, thorough and has very good analytical skills
