For our client, an important international pharmaceutical company which provides services in eye care, develops and manufactures innovative medicines and devices , looking for a suitable candidate with experience in similar position.
Requirements:
* Finished university degree- pharmacy, medicine, science, marketing and business or MBA
* Experience in marketing position in pharmacy at least 3 years is must
* Experience with OTC products is preferred
* Experience with the launch of new products, campaigns, organization of congresses etc.
* Proven results of marketing activities and their impact on business results
* Ability to build good relationships with customers, strong customer orientation
* Excellent analytical skills and business mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
* Willingness to travel
Job Description:
* Responsible for marketing activities related to assigned products to CZ and SK market
* Responsible for marketing plans, strategies, campaigns and budget
* Product sales team training, support by participating in the tender
* Analysis - market changes, market shares, competitors
* Responsible for forecasting
* Working closely with the sales team and medical affairs
* Regular reporting
