At the beginning of December, UniCredit Bank launches a special pre-Christmas offer for its flagship current account, the U konto. The current account, which contains the most widely used services for free, is provided with a unique guarantee of excellent conditions for 10 years. New customers, who get an overdraft to their U konto at any branch of UniCredit Bank in the Czech Republic or in Slovakia, will get a Christmas present from the Bank – a brand new smartphone. The offer is valid for customers from the age of 27 since 1 December until stock lasts.
Best of the U konto includes the possibility to keep an account free of any charges, free electronic payments, withdrawals from ATMs in the Czech Republic and abroad without any limitations and free of charge and, in particular, a 10-year guarantee for the terms and conditions of the account. The interest of customers is the proof of popularity of this new current account.

According to the statistics, more men than women open the U konto and most customers are in the productive age from 21 to 40 years. UniCredit Bank wants to continue in the provision of services which can significantly help customers in the area of management of their personal and family finance and save their time and money.
The free-of-charge account was introduced in the Slovak and Czech markets in April 2014. The launch was preceded by a thorough analysis of customer requirements. The new account meets expectations of bank customers when it comes to current accounts.
