At this position you will be responsible for preparing loan agreements according to the appropriate template and will be responsible for managing the contracts with different clients in order and up to date. You will be also responsible for preparing trade finance documentation and will be in touch with clients to ensure that all documents have been received in order. As the contract specialist you will also be providing advice on the legal documentation to the clients and Relationship Managers. Moreover your duties will include calculation of invoices and possibly other ad hoc administrative support to the management.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2-5 years experience at a similar position. Experience with managing loan documentation, preparing contracts with clients and knowing relevant processes to verify the identity of clients (KYC) is necessary as well as advanced level of English. Knowledge of trade finance is a big advantage. We are looking for a positive and communicative candidate with a client oriented approach, ready to solve any urgent issue immediately.
