RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Preparing and running workshops with CRM subject matter experts and other staff, including preparation of formal presentations, for instance to define CRM processes or agree functional design of SAP implementations
• Analysis of CRM processes, information flows and functional requirements, documenting these to a high standard
• Analyze and define requirements for customer-specific development needs or integration requirements
• Review of business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture
• Promotion of our client’s brand, products and best practice approaches
• Supporting pre-sales in the evaluation process
• Support of the implementation phase
• Comply with all our client’s personnel and operational policies
• Comply in a timely manner with all travel and expense policies
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive CRM functional experience. Technical depth is highly desirable as part of this.
• Min. 5 years application consulting experience in process implementation
• Project experience (at least 3 years project experience in SAP CRM area)
• Knowledge of integration of CRM into other SAP components (e.g. ERP, BI)
• Knowledge and experience of "SAP for Utilities" solution would be advantageous Secondary knowledge
• Familiarity with ASAP methodology, and with SAP implementation tools such as Solution Manager
• SAP CRM certified
