Currently we are looking for an experienced RECRUITMENT TEAM LEADER to join and lead one of our most successful teams in Prague, Accountancy & Finance division. Reporting directly to our Country Manager you will be responsible for the complete delivery of the recruitment services to our key clients across the Czech Republic.
You will run your own recruitment projects, lead a team of 5+ Recruiters, focus on their development and achievement of established targets.
Ideally, you would have app. 5 years experience as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader or Manager within the recruitment industry. We are looking for a university educated professional with excellent negotiating skills and successful business development track record. Pro active, structured and goal driven personality will be much appreciated to fit the team well together with fluent English and Czech.
This position demands high standards of yourself and others. Most of all we want to see an energetic, positive and enthusiastic attitude which will inspire others. You are expected to focus on team performance, strategic growth of the business and customer satisfaction.
You will need to have a successful recruitment track record and "can-do" approach focused on solutions and results, willing to go the extra mile.
