• Dedicated Customer Professional
First point of contact for Lubricants & Specialties customers, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing orders, general inquiries and complaints resolution, through cooperation with Sales, Supply and Distribution and other functions. Additionally, the DCP focuses on continuous improvement through the use of processes and systems (on-line order management, ERP, CRM, Market Offer etc.)

• Accounts Receivable Dedicated Customer Professional
Responsible for payments collection and dunning process.

Requirements:
• High school and university graduates
• Fluent English language skills and fluency in another required language
• Microsoft Office proficiency
