A successful and leading international consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join their Prague office. The company has acquired several prime and long-term assignments and is planning a substantial expansion of their local team.
It is a fantastic opportunity to work in a team of professionals on behalf of a well-established and profitable client on one of the largest-scale projects in Prague. You will be in charge of the tendering process, costs analyses + control and risk and value management while maintaining awareness of different building contracts in current use. Acting closely with the team of project managers you will be expected to provide an excellent advisory to the client and establishing his needs.
To successfully apply for the position of Senior Cost Manager you should hold a degree in civil engineering and have at least five years of experience with cost management in commercial / residential or industrial development. The level of English enabling you to negotiate terms and conditions is required as well as a team spirit, to-do approach and keen enthusiasm.
