Senior Technical Specialist - Oracle HRMS

My client is a multinational company with a global, well-known brand name. Here in the Czech market they have an international IT centre providing IT services their business entities in different countries.

Responsibilities:
In this job you will technically support day to day business operations of Oracle HRMS, ensuring availability and enabling application integrations. You will be measuring, communicating and improving performance against SLAs via technical support. It will be important to Identify and learn appropriate software applications / interfaces used and supported by the organization, in order to be most effective. In Oracle HR related projects, ensure the appropriate support model is well defined and executed on transition and as required.
You will work with software development, systems, and client services software support groups to determine the best issue response. Participate in the development or refinement of proactive services and/or data repositories that compliment or alleviate the need of traditional support services.
Provide basic software configuration services to Oracle HRMS where appropriate and have excellent relationships with clients and vendors.
We require:
• University Education from an IT or technical background is an advantage here
• Experience of Oracle HRMS R11 / R12 in a support or consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle HRMS table structure
• Basic understanding of application functionality around the HR module.
• Demonstrable experience of development / technical support of interfaces within Oracle HRMS.
• Demonstrable experiences of development / technical support of CEMLI’s around the Oracle HRMS application.
• Experience of the SQL and PL/SQL development languages and standard development tools for Oracle HR
• Fluent spoken and written English language
