Team Leader HR Admin Team

For our significant client, an international leader in technologies for energy and automatization, based in Brno, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Team Leader of HR Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the work of Master Data and Working Solutions team as well as managing operations for managers and HRBPs in compliance with legislation and guidelines. Furthermore, the role's tasks also include setting up targets and implementing them into practice, defining KPIs and monitoring them. Other key tasks are providing first class services to all stakeholders. The candidate will be also responsible for motivating HR colleagues to feel a part of one big HR team. The candidate will be responsible for the team of 4 employees.

The ideal candidate should have a University degree in HR, economics or finance. Minimum of 5 years HR or Customer Service experience is necessary. We are looking for a self-driven, customer oriented and influencing personality with strong knowledge of Labour Code and related law and also SAP HR module. Fluent English and Czech is required.
