Senior Project Manager - Residential

A distinguished client of ours is currently looking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of a Senior Project Manager to take responsibility for their residential portfolio. It is a newly formed position and the sooner you can start the better.
You will be in charge of the whole project cycle, commencing with the strategy and planning, through permitting processes and consequent coordination of designers and architects up to successful realization of the project. However, the special focus will be placed upon the initial stages of the projects, such as project and investment evaluation, acquisition and divestment, or design and permitting phase.
As this is a senior position, the minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the area of residential development is an absolute must. Other prerequisites include a communicative level of English language and overview of the current development market. The right candidate should be a technical graduate knowledgeable in the area of green certifications and dealing with municipalities. The client wants a mature, decisive and self-reliant person who is willing to bear responsibility for his/her decisions and willing to work independently but also share information within the team.
