Testing Manager

For our client, we are looking for experienced Testing Manager.
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Manages the test team
- Leads a team of 5 testers
- Ensures right staffing and right resources for testing the solution
- Prepares and executes plan for testing
- Defines the standards and methodologies for testing
- Agrees the acceptance criteria with client Responsible for complex testing the solution, ensures the whole solution is tested
- Responsible for timely delivery
- Responsible for defining and adhering to prescribe methodologies - Responsible for test preparation, execution, evaluation and reporting

Requirements for the employe:
- Required education: University education (Master's degree)
- Language skills: English – advanced
- Personality requirements and skills
- Excellent managerial, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in testing mid to large systems
- Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
- Knowledge of different types of tests
- Ability to simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Good understanding of testing technologies and methodologies 5+ years in a similar role
