For our international, stable, well-known client located in Prague, we are actively looking for a skilled IT Analyst.
Responsibilities:
In this positon you will directly deals with colleagues either by telephone, electronically or face to face to diagnose and resolve technical software and hardware issues as well as deal with computer installation, configuration and software distribution tools. Your other task will be to manage Hardware and Software inventory, manage internal and external IT processes like Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), procurement and standards. Troubleshoots IT issues and maintains the IT knowledge base. Executes project plans developed by supervisor and manager.
We require:
Technical degree in Computer Science with 4 years experience
Knowledge of HW and SW mainly Microsoft O.S. (Windows XP & 7 ) and PC Security
Knowledge of Networking concepts : LAN Type, TCP/IP knowledge ( Adressing, Subnetting, DHCP, DNS)
Windows Server 2003/2008 Skills, Concept of data Sharing,Managing Rights, Skills on Security
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and data protection
Basic knowledge or understanding of regulations and compliance with SOX IT issues is a big advantage
Fluency in English and Czech language required
