My client is an international manufacturer of exhaust and engineered systems for the automotive sector. It is a global company with many plants across around the world. In their plant in Brandýs nad Labem, they have a centralised IT department which also is responsible for European IT functions.

Responsibilities:
Our client is looking to roll out SAP across their plants throughout Europe. We are currently looking for a manager which can bring expertise in SAP and lead a team devoted to supporting SAP implementation, roll-out, change management and maintenance. In this role the ideal candidate will drive a group of consultants to support creating and maintain the SAP system template across multiple European plants.
In this job, you will drive the team providing maintenance on SAP modules, drive system upgrades, patching, support key customisations, manage the full lifecycle of the SAP system template. Play an active role in new implementations, motivate drive and support the team to provide technical excellence across the group. You will be the key point of communication regarding team activity, and report to international IT Management. In this role you can expect to communicate on an international level in English and play a key role in driving SAP forward in a driven manufacturing group.
We require:
•.University Education from an IT background
• Proven track record in leading a competence team in SAP consulting and support
• Expertise in driving SAP systems within an international manufacturing background
• Experience in supporting SAP implementation projects
• A track record in technical team leadership
• Automotive manufacturing background or similar experience is preferred
• Fluent English language, desire to work with an international team
