Having completed some projects our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced letting manager to take over the letting process. You will become a part of a team of leasing managers reporting to the sales director of the company.
Predominantly you will be occupied with office and retail letting of the newly developed as well as existing facilities. Standard agenda is expected, such as negotiation on letting contracts, communication with the tenants, possibly also coordination of the fit out changes.
It is a senior role therefore the minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial letting of is an absolute prerequisite for the position. The knowledge of English and overall good communication skills are another must for being considered. The client is willing to recruit a mature and experienced person who could eventually take over the whole letting department. That is the reason why motivation, good people management and a leading approach towards work is highly desired.
