SAP ABAP developer

For our international client we are looking for an experienced (3+ years) ABAP developer to join the team. Your position would be independent. You will be working on various projects across the company. You will be in direct contact with the customer (internal).
Your role:
You should be familiar with working in a support organization operations. You should have an understanding of developing new programs and/or implementing changes to current programs according to the functional and technical requirements or other needs. You should understand the end-to-end process of the data transfer from/to SAP. You should keep the SAP documentation up to date and be responsible for the code quality and code optimization.
• Responsibility for all operational analysis and development aspects
• Responsibility for completeness of technical design documentation, Operational and Error handling manuals
• Evaluates incidents, problems and changes requests and advice on the requirements, resolution and required effort. Updates service calls, problem and change tickets with relevant information and status changes.
• Works with the team members on technical designs and the actual developments.
• Helps with test scenarios preparation, evaluates completeness and validity of the test scenarios. Conducts technical tests.
Your profile:
Must:
• 3+ years experience in the development of application software in corporate IS area
• Knowledge of the SAP environment
• 3+ years SAP ABAP experience
• Ability to learn and deal with customer requirements
• Working within a support environment
• Very good level of English – everyday use

• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated
• Detailed oriented
• Well structured
• Communicative
• Experience with being responsible for issue resolution and development
Nice to have:
• SAP PI experience
• Web technologies experience
• German language
• Working in an international or multi-cultural environment
