Field Service Engineer

For our client – international company- we are looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) which his primary role is to provide customer-site field repair, commissioning, installation supervision and modification of client´s UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems. The FSE works on- or offshore. In direct contact with the customer, the FSE is the connection between customer and after sales service.
Responsibilities:
*Performs installation supervision and commissioning of client´s products including the batteries.
* Performs maintenance for UPS equipment including batteries, solve UPS problems at customers site.
* Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.
* Trains customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Gutor products.
* Interact with customers by phone or face to face
* Acquisition of Customer Service products.
* Fill in all required reports and complete the necessary documents

Requirements for the employee:
Education: Electrotechnical (electrical engineering, equipments) Language skills: English – advanced
Personality requirements and skills:
* Electrical technician with min. 2 years experience in field service
* Strong knowledge of electronic theory to component level
* Good computer skill
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are favourable
