A long-established international Real Estate company is currently looking to fill the position of a INDUSTRIAL CONSULTANT who would join and lead and their Industrial department in Brno.
As an Industrial Consultant you will be responsible for business development activities, leasing of industrial properties in Moravia region, dealing with logistics providers, wholesalers, distributors, production companies on one side and with developers and landlords on the other. You should be an equivalent partner for your clients and take care of your relationship with them.
Successful candidate should have at least 2 years experience in Real Estate area, some knowledge of industrial market – (logistic process, technologies, industrial buildings), ability of self-presentation and excellent communication skills. You should be reliable, trustworthy and independent person.
