Main tasks on this positions:
• Identify new clients and commercial possibilities in the automotive sector (OEM’s as well as suppliers)
• Negotiate commercial contracts in line with company’s policy
• Maintain a very good relationship with its client portfolio
• Identify, recruit and follow up consultants to fulfill need of the identified project
• Ensure & follow up the profitability of managed projects
• Being able to deliver business plan
Ideal candidate has to have previous proven track record of sales or business development in the automotive sector, ability to create, negotiate and manage long term relationships. We expect candidate to have excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to lead, teach and train others, with very good interpersonal skills. Native Czech and Advanced English is a must.
