Fit-out Project Manager

Our partner, a well-established company on the real estate market, is looking to recruit a Fit-out Coordinator to start as soon as possible. It is an important player in the whole of CEE region and work for this company presents a unique opportunity for your career development.
In the pre-construction phase you will be responsible for the coordination of the design manual with the project documentation and consequent fit-out realization. To secure its smoothness, you need to be perfectly familiar with the letting contracts and continuously monitor the course of both fit-out types, standard and potential clients’ changes.
The realization itself is preceded by the schedule preparation and coordination of architect’s / designer’s work, eventually also with the site manager during handovers. The job description also involves the preparation of price quotations, their presentation, invoicing and potential problem solving should the invoices not be paid in a timely manner.
A successful candidate is technical or construction graduate with at least 2 years of experience from the interior construction (office or retail). S/he is very well acquainted with other construction professions, such as HVAC or M&E. Working independence and pro-active solution towards task solutions are an absolutely crucial competence. English is going to be one of your working tools, thus, a written and spoken knowledge on a communicative level is a KO criterion for being considered for this job.
