HR Administrator with English and French

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, issues and work requests related to standard HR processes and HR transactions, will be manage inquiries and requests to closure, will deliver efficient, effective and timely resolution and manage CRM requests regarding HR transactions. The HR Representative will identify, navigate, research and troubleshoot HR transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems as well as perform special projects as assigned.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years previous working experience in HR area or customer service experience. He / she should have experience with PeopleSoft. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills and who is customer and detail oriented. Fluent English and French is a must.
