My client is a multinational company with a global, well-known brand name. Here in the Czech market they have an international IT centre providing IT services their business entities in different countries.

Responsibilities:
The SAP Developer works within our client’s SAP Solution Centre and in a key SAP Development team. In this role you are expected to be familiar with working in a support organization operations and competent in ABAP programming.
You will need to have an understanding of developing new programs and implementing changes to current programs according to the functional and technical requirements or other needs.
Understand fully the end-to-end process of the data transfer from/to SAP. It will be important keep SAP documentation up-to-date and be responsible for the code quality and code optimization.
In this role you will have:
• Responsibility for all operational analysis and development aspects
• Responsibility for completeness of technical design documentation, Operational and Error handling manuals
• Evaluate incidents, problems and changes requests and advice on the requirements, resolution and required effort. Updates service calls, problem and change tickets with relevant information and status changes.
• Work with the team members on technical designs and the actual developments.
• Help with test scenarios preparation, evaluates completeness and validity of the test scenarios. Conduct technical tests.
Knowledge/Experience
• University Degree in Computer Science graduate or IT related discipline with equivalent experience
• +3 years’ experience in the development of application software
• +3 years SAP ABAP experience
• Ability to learn and deal with customer requirements
• Knowledge of the SAP environment
• SAP PI experience - Advantage
• Web technologies experience - Advantage
• Work experience within a support environment
• Team player - Essential
• Advanced English - written and spoken - Essential
