Customer Support Specialist for Hospitality Software with Spanish

For our client, on of the world´s fastest growing software companies, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of Customer Support Specialist for Hospitality software.
On this position you will be responsible for technical support and communication with clients regarding to Hospitality software products, you will response to incoming call and determine the nature of the customer´s issues. You will resolve most frequently asked questions via phone and e-mail and you will maintain accurate data.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Technical or related field, experience in Hospitality is a also needed. We are seeking for a customer focused person with excellent English and Spanish! Very good PC and analytical skills are required.
