Manager of Insurance

Our international client, based in Czech Republic is looking for a senior professional insurance broker. We are looking for experienced manager who has an experience with non-life insurance.
We are looking for candidate who has natural authority. He/she will be responsible for leading team consists of 4 people and his/her duty will be managing of the team activity and strategic planning. The manager will set the team plan, and will be responsible for fulfilling the goal of the plan set according to company policies.
The manager will be responsible for assigned portfolio of corporate clients, and partly participating in acquisition of new clients. His/her duty will be also responsible for communication with Insurance companies, customer supports and management in operation department.
Requirements for this position:
• Previous experience on the managerial position within non life insurance at least for 7 years
• Knowledge of non- life insurance, industrial insurance and property insurance
• Insurance broker license must be.
• Flexible, precision, responsible and natural authority personality
• English – business level, can be also native English speaking person
• University degree
