Leasing Business Analyst

For our client – an international booming development company – we are currently looking for Leasing Business Analyst, who will support their Group Leasing Director and board member in any leasing activities, as needed.
Your main responsibilities will be to establish market intelligence system (matrix of market data), continuously source and maintain market data for relevant markets, evaluate and present market data, monitor and evaluate deals/signed m2, performance tracking of leasing managers, CRM usage monitoring, help establish improved templates of Group Leasing docs. You will also organize Group Leasing Team meetings, help organize and prepare content, file presentation and reports. Your duty will also be to establish and improve system and lead your own assigned mini-projects.
As an ideal candidate you should have an University degree in economical or technical field, some short experience in Real Estate Market, good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and absolutely brilliant analytical skills. Personality is also very important for our client.
